About David I. Steinberg

A Real Estate Agent With Legal Expertise
After earning a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland, I earned my law degree at the University of Buffalo in New York. I then returned to Maryland and joined the Maryland Bar in 1992, and the District of Columbia Bar in 1993. Not long after that, I opened my first law office, at 8630 Fenton Street in Silver Spring, Maryland.
I became interested in real estate after working with numerous clients facing serious legal problems on account of poorly planned property purchases. It became clear to me that most real estate agents lack the proper legal training to give both buyers and sellers the best advice. I knew my experience and education could help people safely navigate the legal aspects of the real estate market in Maryland.
I represent both buyers and sellers of Maryland properties, in addition to serving clients through my law practice. My areas of legal focus—Bankruptcy, Social Security Disability, Auto Accidents, and Workers' Compensation—combined with my real estate training, ensure that I can rapidly assess your financial situation and even help you find funds you might not realize you have. With my legal expertise, you'll have a significant advantage in working through the complexities of buying and selling property in Maryland.
I have offices in Waldorf, Silver Spring, Columbia, and Bowie, and I look forward to helping you sell your old home, or buy a new one, in Maryland. Enjoy the confidence of house hunting with a real estate agent who knows Maryland law, inside and out.
